Client Testimonials

The goal is to open the door for us, to ascertain interest. Well, you’re doing that and them some. We’re finding that we’re talking to people who have interest. They are unhappy with their broker situation. They are unhappy with the service for the premium being charged.”

“Our people have been really impressed with your callers”

“You’re doing a great job. I’m happy with what you’re doing. I’m getting so many leads…”

The prospects, when I ask about ‘How was my representative?,’ they always say they were courteous and friendly.

“I have 40 employees who literally own the agency. I’m very aware of what we invest in teleprospecting each month with PMA. I have to make sure the commissions we get are covering the expense - and it is. We recently wrote a nice contractor that was a PMA lead and we wrote another in July. Each of these was a six figure account”

We’ve written some decent accounts [from PMA leads] this year. The largest was a contractor for $80,000 or $90,000. Our average commercial customer falls in the $15 to $20,000 range. That was our biggest one. The results have been encouraging. Telemarketing can’t be the only thing we do but it definitely helps. I wrote a few myself in the $20 to $30,000 range.”

“One of the things we really like is the level of information your callers provide. Helping the producers get specific on what the prospects wants to achieve – how they want to see improvements in their program. That’s a big advantage.”

“We’re happy with PMA and always have been. Your appointments generate nice business for us. They are good solid leads. We’ve written several in the last month or two. Sometimes we’ll write one and then not write the next five. But the activity is ongoing.”

“In general, I think you’re doing an excellent job. I wrote one last month, a copy machine distributor, for about $80,000. Now that some of the other producers see the account activity I’m getting from PMA’s leads they are using you as well. I think I’ve refereed three others by now. Do I get a commission?”

“You’re doing very, very well. You’re getting me in lots of meetings, which is great. You guys are doing a great job. I appreciate it!”

“I think your people have done very well. I’m really pleased. We’ve used a couple of others [telemarketing firms] and PMA is very detailed and puts in additional information that’s helpful, like mentioning your reservations in some cases. I’m very pleased with that. Information and communications are what makes it all really work.”

“I would say things are going well.. We’re getting a lot of leads. Things are good. I would definitely say the leads are productive. We’ve written probably a half million dollars from PMA leads so far.”

PMA is doing very well for our agency. I’m happy. The reports and notes are very clear. When I call back to confirm they always know I’m coming, and have the date and time reserved. We’ve had very good success with the garages you’re calling for us. We write 4 out of 5. We also just wrote a paint company that made paint and cleaning products.”

“We had a restaurant appointment from you which we weren’t able to write but they also owned a conduit company and that one turned out to be a $120,000 account.”

“[PMA has] come through with some good ones. Last week we wrote one of the hair salons [appointment] you sent over. We’ve also written some good-sized accounts recently. You got us an appointment with an architectural firm and we wrote the building, the business and the general liability. You do an excellent job as far a documenting the conversations too.”

“We’ve certainly written some note-worth accounts from PMA appointments. One of our largest clients came form a PMA lead. And last week I wrote an account that generated $7000. in revenue from a PMA lead. That’s good. Whenever my carriers or anyone asks about you guys I give them sterling reviews. ”

“Going well. It seems kind of slow right now because of the holidays but November was a good month. I did write a very large account with one of your leads. A scrap or waste metal company. That turned out to be a $370,000 account. If I got one of those ever year I’d be real happy.”
